Company Policies

POLICIES: WARRANTY, RETURNS, ORDERS

Warranty:

All of our products (that’s right, even batteries) are guaranteed to be free of defects in workmanship and materials. If not, we’ll replace or repair it at our cost, including shipping both ways. Every single product has a minimum factory warranty of 1 year included with purchase, although some of our products have longer warranties.

Please call or email us to initiate a warranty claim.

Returns:

Not happy with your purchase? Let us help you! For unused products with their original packaging you will receive a full refund or credit for the product. Please note, we are not always able to refund shipping costs on returns for non-warranty reasons but if we’ve made a mistake, we’ll make it right.

Lost the packaging or used the product? That’s okay, we’ll do our best to accept these products. We may not be able to offer a full refund in cases where the product has been opened, not used as intended, modified, or used for a season and then returned.

It’s always best to email or call us before starting a return. Some issues can be fixed remotely with ease. If we can’t solve the problem remotely, we’ll provide a shipping address to return the product to.

Parts and Repairs:

We service, repair, and stock parts for every product we sell; even the older versions. We’re still servicing products built 30 or more years ago. If we see a product that requires substantial work or parts, we’ll let you know the expected costs before working on it. Please ensure that anything you send back is clean – we will refuse to service exceptionally dirty or unsanitary material.

Filling Orders:

We sell professional products specifically for use as non-lethal wildlife deterrents and some of our products may require a licence to purchase or use. If we have questions about your order, we’ll first call and then email you to confirm the details of your order. If we don’t hear from you within 2 weeks, your order may be cancelled without further notice. If you made a purchase through our site, your credit card will have a pre-authorization hold on it. We do not actually charge your card until the order has been finalized and shipped.

Please ensure you:

  •      Have a genuine wildlife management need for our products.
  •      Are 18 years older or above.
  •      Read the licence and shipping requirements on the individual product page and checkout page.
  •      Have and provide us a copy of the valid licences if required for the products you purchased.
  •      Ensure the billing address you entered on our Site matches the billing address on your card.

Please be aware that Margo Supplies does not ship orders to freight forwarding offices without prior communication. Minimum purchase quantities and additional payment terms may apply to international orders. We reserve the right to cancel suspected fraudulent or non-wildlife orders without notice. Be aware that your information can be made available to law enforcement agencies. Please see our privacy policy for more details: margosupplies.com/privacy

Dangerous Goods/Hazardous Materials:

Many of our items are classified as Dangerous Goods, or Hazmat (DG/HAZMAT). DG/Hazmat items may only shipped via courier ground service; they cannot be shipped post, express, or via air. Depending on your region a special handling fee may be added to your DG/HAZMAT. This is charged by the courier and will appear on your order as SKU #8010.

It is not always possible to ship DG/HAZMAT materials to certain locations.
