COUNTER ASSAULT BEAR PEPPER SPRAY
This last line of defense repels bears in a non toxic, non lethal manner. The main ingredient is Capsicum, an extract of RED PEPPER oil (OC) which affects the upper respiratory system, triggering involuntary eye closure and intense burning (3.2 million SHU). A sophisticated dispersal system creates an atomized blast up to 9 m, which produces a pepper cloud slow to dissipate. Available with “Quick Draw Holster”. TRIP WIRE FENCE SYSTEM
The trip wire fence system is effective in detecting intruding bears or other wildlife. This compact system is simple to set up and operate. It is the most practical solution for fly camps and other situations which preclude the use of electric fencing. This lightweight (22 lbs.) system comes complete with 10 fibreglass posts, wire hangers, 200 m of trip wire, alarm controller, siren and 12-volt dry cell battery (battery will provide 50hrs of continuous siren operation).

The optional 18 lb. manual post pounder makes placing fibreglass posts quick and easy. The puller is a great addition to the post pounder that makes for quick removal of the fibreglass posts.

ANIMAL ELECTRIC FENCE ALERT ALARM SYSTEM
Maximize the effectiveness of your bear proof electric fencing system. The alarm system is activated when the bear touches the hot wire. The bear receives a shock which causes a short on the fence wire, simultaneously tripping the siren. The audio stimulation frightens the bear and, more importantly, alerts camp personnel of the bear’s presence. This system comes complete with alarm control box, siren, and 12-volt dry cell battery (battery will provide 50hrs of continuous siren operation). It can be rigged with any alarm device (ie. lights, security monitors, etc.) that is triggered by a switch closure. Also ideal for monitoring the perimeter of game (deer/elk) fencing.

CRITTER GITTER
Using passive infrared, body heat and motion detection, Critter Gitter detects animals moving into its protected area. It then makes ear piercing sounds (and flashing lights) to send them fleeing. Once the animal has cleared the area Critter Gitter automatically resets itself. This detector changes its sound and light patterns with each intrusion and protects a diagonal area of up to 40' (depending on the size of the animal).*

The strobe siren enhancer is an auxiliary and separate source of light and sound greatly augmenting the effect of the device.

High performance 9-volt lithium batteries are available since standard alkaline batteries tend to have a short life expectancy in Critter Gitters.
